Emily Clark
Director of Community Partnerships

Emily Clark is Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s (PBTF) Director of Community Partnerships. With over 23 years in the nonprofit sector, Emily focuses on creating exceptional experiences that inspire a spirit of generosity and community. Whether through events, digital communities, program management, or peer-to-peer fundraising, she is passionate about fostering connections that make a difference.
A co-worker once shared with Emily a heartbreaking fear—that after losing her young son to a brain tumor, people would stop saying his name, and he would be forgotten. From that moment, Emily vowed that as long as she works at PBTF, no family will ever feel their child has been forgotten. This promise fuels her work, strengthens her dedication, and shapes the way she connects with families.
Emily holds a degree in Theatre and Arts Administration, which she believes uniquely equips her for fundraising because she has been trained to be empathic, creative, and always strive for better in the pursuit of meaningful impact. One of her favorite quotes, from playwright Samuel Beckett, is: “Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.” It’s a motto she lives by.
A resident of Woodstock, Georgia, Emily loves exploring pop culture with her husband and their two children. Together, they enjoy movies, trivia nights, board games, and traveling. Emily also has a passion for collecting vinyl records, visiting flea markets, and cheering on her favorite college basketball team, the Butler Bulldogs.
