Jenn Kelley, CCLS

Jenn Kelley is a Family Support Manager at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF), a role she has held since December 2021. With over a decade of experience as a certified Child Life Specialist, primarily supporting inpatient oncology families at a children’s hospital, Jenn has dedicated her career to providing psychosocial support to families facing complex medical challenges. Noticing a gap in care for families once they left the hospital, Jenn was drawn to PBTF for its commitment to providing comprehensive support to families throughout all stages of their journey.

In her role at PBTF, Jenn connects with families daily, offering guidance and compassion through both their happiest moments and their most difficult days. She values PBTF’s supportive environment, which fosters innovation and encourages new ways to assist families. And she credits this culture with inspiring her to continually grow and evolve in her professional journey.

Jenn lives in suburban Philadelphia, PA, with her husband of nine years and their six-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys reading mysteries and historical fiction, spending time at the beach, and supporting her daughter’s enthusiasm for soccer, dance, and playground adventures.
