Teneice Permission

Teneice Permission serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF), bringing over 15 years of diverse HR experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions as an HR manager and business partner across diverse sectors, including global logistics, healthcare, faith-based organizations, technology, and government.

At PBTF, Teneice’s work aligns her professional expertise with her passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by pediatric brain tumors. This alignment is what brought her to PBTF and continues to drive her dedication to its mission.

Teneice holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Performance Arts from Florida Atlantic University. A SHRM-CP-certified professional, she is working toward her SHRM-SCP designation.

Based in the Greater Miami Area, Teneice enjoys portrait photography, videography, community engagement, and traveling with her family. Married for 16 years, she finds joy in spending time with her seven-year-old son, who keeps her on her toes and brings her joy every day.
