Virtual Days of Action Registration

Sep 22 - 23, 2026

PBTF Virtual Days of Action

Your voice. Your story. Real change for kids with cancer.

Join advocates from across the country as we meet virtually with Members of Congress to fight for policies that protect children with cancer and brain tumors.

About Virtual Days of Action

Twice a year, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation brings advocates together for Virtual Days of Action, a chance for parents, survivors, caregivers, researchers, and supporters to speak directly to the people who write the laws that shape pediatric cancer care.

This September, advocates will meet virtually with their Members of Congress and congressional staff to urge support for three legislative priorities:

  • Cosponsoring Kylie’s Voices for Childhood Cancer Act, which would guarantee pediatric cancer experts a seat at the table in state cancer control planning
  • Cosponsoring the Lainie Jones Comprehensive Cancer Survivorship Act, which would strengthen coordinated, patient-centered care for the hundreds of thousands of childhood cancer survivors nationwide
  • Protecting pediatric brain tumor research funding, so scientists can continue the work that leads to better treatments and better outcomes for kids

These meetings work because they are personal. Every advocate who joins will have the opportunity to share their own voice and story, in their own words, directly with the offices who represent them. There is no more powerful tool in advocacy than a real family telling a real story to the people with the power to act.

You do not need previous advocacy experience to take part. PBTF staff will match you with a team, prepare your meeting materials, and support you every step of the way.

Event Details

  • Training Webinar: Monday, September 14, 2026

This session is optional but strongly encouraged, especially for first-time advocates.
  • Virtual Days of Action: Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23, 2026
