- Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the United States, Inc. (“PBTF”) will issue each PBTF fundraiser one drawing ticket for every $100 raised up to $3300 to be eligible to win one new Honda vehicle from the following list:
- Honda Civic
- Motorcycle (TBD)
- Side by Side (TBD)
- “Funds raised” include registrations and donations made via online credit card payment, ACH payment to PBTF’s Bank of America account, or checks mailed to: Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, 380 Knollwood St. Suite H #125 Winston-Salem, NC 27103
- Online and ACH funds must be received/donated online by 11:59 pm ET on September 26, 2024. Checks mailed to PBTF’s Winston-Salem office must be received by September 20, 2024 to be counted.
- PBTF will enter all entries into the event drawing. No receipts or stubs will be given to entrants.
- PBTF will draw one (1) winner at random on September 30, 2024.
- Drawing prize winner may not be an employee, family member of an employee, or paid contract vendor of the following: Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the United States, Inc.; Honda Motor Co., Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates or dealer networks; other major sponsors; or prize-donating entity.
- Fundraisers are only eligible to win one Honda vehicle through PBTF during the calendar year.
- Event drawings are sponsored and administrated by the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the United States, Inc., a registered tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization based at 380 Knollwood St. Suite H #125 Winston-Salem, NC 27103
- Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
- No purchase or contribution necessary. A donation will not increase your chances of winning.
- You may also enter without a purchase or contribution by completing a 3″ x 5″ card with your name, complete address, daytime telephone number, date of birth and fundraising event name, mailed to Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Attn: PBTF Event Drawing, 380 Knollwood St. Suite H #125 Winston-Salem, NC 27103. All entries must be handwritten. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Entries must be received at least 10 business days before the drawing on September 27, 2024. Each submission counts as one (1) entry. PBTF is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, damaged, destroyed, or delayed entries or postage due mail or for other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this drawing.
- The maximum total number of entries per person by the means above is 33.
