Chuck Boderman**

After 40 years of transformative leadership in the mobility industry, I retired as Vice President at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. in 2023. During my time with Honda, I had the privilege of leading both the General Administration and Powersports Business Units, driving strategic innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

Now, I am focused on giving back through leadership coaching and supporting causes that make a difference. Here’s how:

• Board Member, Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation: I am deeply committed to advancing research to cure childhood brain cancer, supporting affected families, and advocating for patient-centric policies. This mission is close to my heart, and I work passionately to help move it forward.
• Career/Leadership Coach: I mentor students through the Penn State University LionLink program and guide professionals in the mobility industry. My approach is rooted in helping individuals align their strengths, challenges, and aspirations to drive continuous growth and personal fulfillment.
